1. Reservations
- All reservations are subject to availability.
- Check-in time is from 1 pm, and check-out time is by 12 pm.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is subject to availability and/or additional charges.
2. Payment
- Payment is required upon arrival. We accept cash and mobile/online payments such as G-Cash. If a deposit was paid prior to arrival, the remaining balance will be settled during check-in.
- If you choose to cancel or modify your reservation, please do so in accordance with our cancellation policy (see below).
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 14 days before arrival are eligible for a refund of the balance paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit. For cancellations within 6 days of arrival, a one-night charge may apply and the deposit remains non-refundable. All refund-related bank and transfer fees are to be shouldered by the guest. No-shows or cancellations after check-in will result in the full booking charge.

Customers who fail to honor or cancel their reservation without prior notice may have their accounts flagged. Flagged accounts will be required to pay the full amount of the stay at the time of booking for any future reservations to ensure commitment.
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Photo identification are required at check-in.
- Guests must check out by the specified time. Late check-out may be arranged, subject to availability.
5. Children and Extra Guests
- Children aged 2 and under stay for free when sharing the room with an adult.
- Extra guests may be accommodated for an additional charge. Please inform us in advance if you require extra bedding or amenities.
6. Hotel Policies
- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available.
- Small pets are more than welcome. Please inform us prior to your arrival so we can be prepared for both you and your pet.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property during their stay.
7. Liability
- AlbaCity Suites is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property during your stay.
- We are not liable for delays or inconveniences caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or third-party services.
8. Privacy & Security
- We take your privacy seriously and adhere to data protection laws. Any personal information provided will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
- For your safety, security cameras may be used in public areas of the hotel.
9. Amendments
- AlbaCity Suites reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or other appropriate channels.
